Caring for our Coast
Visual Monkey was engaged by Studio ESEM to deliver the art direction, animation, and design elements for an interactive iPad game for the Australian Museum. Using delicate water colour illustrations of animals and sea life, we brought movement and playfulness to the experience, helping pre-school children engage with the importance of Australia’s coastal environments.
Our coasts are where land meets sea — from sandy beaches and tide pools to estuaries and mangroves. These digital games give early learners a chance to explore these environments, discover how sea creatures are connected, and understand why caring for our coast matters.
